These Terms & Conditions govern all transportation services, vehicle rentals, and reservations made through our company. By confirming a reservation, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
All reservations must be confirmed in advance and are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment has been received and confirmed.
While every effort will be made to provide the requested vehicle, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle in the event of mechanical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns.
Our professional chauffeurs are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable experience for all passengers. Clients and guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately during service. We ask that all passengers treat our drivers with courtesy and respect throughout the duration of the service. We reserve the right to terminate service if passenger behavior creates unsafe conditions.
Service time begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the conclusion of the reservation period. f service extends beyond the scheduled reservation time, additional hours will be billed according to the applicable hourly rate for the reserved vehicle. Overtime charges begin once the reserved service time has concluded.
We recommend booking additional time in advance if your event schedule may run longer than planned.
Clients are responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, or misuse of the vehicle caused by passengers during the reservation period. Additional fees may apply if repairs or deep cleaning are required.
Vehicles used for film, television, commercial, or promotional purposes must be disclosed at the time of booking. Production clients may be required to provide additional documentation depending on the scope of the project.
While we take every precaution to provide safe and reliable service, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
All rates listed on our website represent starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle selection, scheduling requirements, major events, holidays, and demand.
Alcohol consumption is only permitted by passengers of legal drinking age and must comply with all applicable local and state laws. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of passenger activity during the reservation period. This includes but is not limited to spills, stains, interior damage, or any condition requiring professional cleaning or repair. Additional fees may be charged to the client to restore the vehicle to its original condition.
While every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable schedule adjustments, delays caused by event changes, venue timing, or extended activities may result in additional hourly charges. Clients are encouraged to communicate any schedule changes as early as possible so our team can provide the best possible service.
While every effort is made to ensure timely arrivals and departures, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, public events, weather conditions, construction, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Major Philadelphia events, including sporting events, festivals, parades, and citywide celebrations, may significantly impact travel times and traffic patterns. Clients are encouraged to allow additional time in their schedule during these events.
Our chauffeurs will make every reasonable effort to navigate the most efficient routes; however, additional time required due to traffic conditions may result in extended service charges when applicable.
To secure a reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Standard reservations require a 30% deposit to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance is due prior to the scheduled service date.
For high-demand dates, premium vehicles, and major events, full payment may be required at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation.

Reservations canceled 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund of the deposit.
Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable due to the vehicle and chauffeur being reserved exclusively for the client.
Bookings made for major events or high-demand dates that require full payment are non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled service.
Clients may request to reschedule their reservation based on vehicle availability. While we will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes, rescheduling is not guaranteed.
If a client or passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup time without notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the payment will be non-refundable.
